WNS realigns transformation capabilities

Leading BPO services firm, WNS Limited, has announced the realignment of business transformation capabilities under Daniel Wollenberg as senior VP and Head of WNS' global transformation practice (GTP).

The company is combining its existing capabilities in technology-enabled solutions, process improvement and consulting, and program management into a unified global transformation practice with Wollenberg, leading the global team from the New York office. The GTP team has been further strengthened by the reassignment of other senior WNS executives, including Sanjay Jain, former CIO; Anish Nanavaty, former CEO, WNS Research and Analytics Services; and Lyndon Rodriques, former MD, strategic initiatives.

"The GTP is designed to enable end-to-end change initiatives for our clients and leverages our domain and process expertise, technology solutions and analytics capabilities,” said Anup Gupta, WNS Group COO. “This team will build upon WNS' experience in helping clients significantly improve their business through higher efficiency and quality, better manage variability, and tighten controls and compliance,” he added.
