Leading BPO player WNS Holdings announced a multi-year contract to provide healthcare revenue cycle management services to EBI LLC (a Biomet Inc. subsidiary, d/b/a Biomet Trauma and Biomet Spine). Under the five-year agreement, WNS will deliver service level improvements utilizing high-end analytics to optimize collections and order processes.
