The BPO arm of IT giant Wipro is aiming to launch its upcoming centre in Vishakhapatnam, AP in the next 6 months. The centre is expected to have 1200 seats in the initial phase.

The centre is being set up with an investment of Rs 200 crore and will ultimately have 6000 seats. The company is in talks with local institutions to attract talent and ensure ready availability of human resources.

Wipro is also setting up new centres are also coming up in Kochi and Greater Noida. These centres will provide career opportunities in service, technical support and related areas.
