Despite the revelation of the mega-scam by Satyam Computer’s founder Ramalinga Raju, the company’s technical capabilities and credibility have not taken a hit. The company has bagged 15 outsourcing contracts in January a company spokesperson said.
The contracts were in markets such as the United States, Europe, Japan, Africa, the Middle East and India, a report in the Economic Times says.
The company has seen only one client termination till date. US-based State Farm Insurance terminated its contract with Satyam after the January 7 revelation by Raju of falsifying accounts for several years.
"Our executives are reaching out to clients around the world, and at this point, well over 90% of our clients have committed to continuing with Satyam," the spokeswoman said.
