Even as Satyam Computers reels under the after effects of the shocking Rs 7000 crore fraud revelation by its founder Ramalinga Raju and as analysts and investors speculate on the future of the beleaguered company, its business as usual at the Satyam BPO.

Infact the Satyam BPO (formerly Nipuna Services) is recruiting fresh batches of employees for their various projects says a report in the Times of India.

According to sources as many as 50 people have been recruited this week for a project which had been in the pipeline and has materialized now. "We are recruiting as per requirement for a particular new business which we have bagged recently,'' confirmed Manjula Manjotra, head of Global Marketing and Communications (GM&C), Satyam BPO Limited.

Satyam BPO has not lost any client after the company got embroiled in the biggest scam of Indian corporate history says a source from the company. And even though the numbers are small, the company is surely hiring to fulfill customer demands.

Talks of the BPO arm of Satyam being up for sale have been doing the rounds and reportedly, Essar Group's outsourcing firm Aegis BPO has made a proposal to acquire Satyam BPO.
