Thomson Reuters hiring US lawyers to strengthen Pangea3 LPO

Full-time, temporary and experienced contract attorneys would strengthen Pangea3’s new legal process outsourcing facility in Michigan, reports International Business Times.

"Thomson-Pangea3 is hiring to build multiple document review project teams. We are seeking contract attorney candidates barred in any US jurisdiction with previous document review experience. Pangea3 is hiring in anticipation of establishing a document review facility in Ann Arbor, MI,” said a listing in the job-search site Monster.com. The professionals will work on projects that come in to Ann Arbor.

The site said that Thomson Reuters, which acquired Pangea3 in November and seeks to establish a document review facility in Ann Arbor, is hiring lawyers who are licensed to practice in the US.

Pangea3 also has plans to open legal process outsourcing centers in the US similar to those that are there in India but have not given details about this.

"We see a multishore, 24/7 operating structure as key to supporting Pangea3 customers in all parts of the world," a company spokesman wrote in an email to ABA Journal, which inquired about the number of lawyers to be staffed at the new facility and whether any other US facility has been planned.
