Xchanging, the business processing company, announces the appointment of Nimish Soni as Executive Director, Offshore Services – Asia. Nimish will be based in Bangalore and will be responsible for the company’s BPO and ITO operations in Asia. This will include the company’s operations in India, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. In this role, Nimish will report to Xchanging’s CEO Ken Lever and join the company’s Executive Committee.

Nimish joined Xchanging following the acquisition of Cambridge Solutions Ltd., where he served as the Managing Director for India and was responsible for the BPO division. He founded Cambridge BPO (formerly known as ProcessMind) in 2001. Prior to that, Nimish led the setting up of India's first full service captive insurance BPO centre for American Financial Group. He has also worked with Cap Gemini E&Y in the USA as a Senior Consultant in a variety of roles.
