InSight Health Services Holdings has entered into a seven-year agreement with Perot Systems to provide enhanced revenue cycle services and implementation of upgraded technology and IT services.

Perot Systems will implement a full revenue cycle outsourcing (RCO) solution across InSight's nationwide free-standing imaging center network. The agreement also includes full implementation of an advanced practice management system, which will provide new technology to manage InSight's back-office billing and accounts receivable collections functions.
