Infosys BPO, the business process outsourcing subsidiary of Infosys Technologies, has been awarded the "Group Excellence in Business Continuity Management" award at the second Asia Business Continuity Awards ceremony held in Singapore.

The company was recognized for its established business continuity processes and the ability to sustain this over a period of time besides integrating the same with its organizational strategy. Infosys BPO is the first Indian company to have been conferred this award, the company said in a statement.

Asia Business Continuity Awards focuses at improving growth and advancement in the field of business continuity, as well as recognize the achievements of individuals and organizations in the industry.
