IBM Daksh has been recognized as the Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year 2009 in Asia Pacific by consulting firm, Frost & Sullivan for the fourth consecutive year for showing exemplary growth and performance in 2008 in the Asia Pacific region.
