Business process outsourcing firm Excel Infoways has entered into an alliance with US-based Business Redefined (BPR) LLC to provide call centre and debt collection services, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

BPR is well diversified, offering various business solutions, including BPO services, auditing services and payment processing, the filing added.

"This business alliance will significantly boost revenue and reputation of the company and will be mutually beneficial to both the companies," the filing said.

Shares of Excel Infoways were trading at Rs 75.60 on the BSE, up 1.20 per cent from previous close.
