BPO and call center services firm, EasiOption BPO Services Pvt. Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of UK based Kent Reliance Building Society inaugurated its 500 seater innovative facility in Pune last week.

The firm has potential third party clients in the pipeline and will target UK based financial institutions in order to gain third party deals. They will aspire to grow to $11 mn on a 5 year consistent growth rate.

Yogesh Agarwal, MD of EasiOption and Easiprocess said that EasiOption will begin its operations this September. “My vision is to bring employment to deserving candidates in India and I am sure that EasiOption will be able to do just that,” he added.
