It may not be the first BPO company hiring physically challenged people but having a specific walk-in schedule only for the disabled certainly sounds novel. And this is what Bangalore based BPO Vindhya E-Infomedia Pvt Limited has done. About 30 people attended the interviews of which 12 were made on the spot offers.
