Also India is losing its low cost advantage owing to high infrastructure and salaries. The benefits further go down due to the high costs of training. So if some of these costs did not enter the books of corporations, it would make them a lot more competitive. If there was an organized sector catering to this prerequisite or if colleges and universities got smarter and ensured that along with the academic curriculum they delivered some soft skills training and career readiness training, it would be a win-win for all sides -- colleges, students and companies.
