Addressing the media, MrSom Mittal, President, NASSCOM said, “We are delighted to present the tenth annual BPO Strategy Summit and hope that discussions at this year’s Summit will be as stimulating for the industry. We are also happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Vikram Talwar, Executive Chairman of EXL as the Chairman of the NASSCOM BPO Forum; he takes over from Mr. Pramod Bhasin who is now the Vice Chairman of NASSCOM.”
