Malhotra may be you are not aw air of the fact what all is going inside Salient Operations, I know all this because I have personally seen these things from my eyes, Sir the Managers in this office are so smart that you never know the things because they play very safe, sir please ask your HR department to show the attrition level done from ops side, sir if you want to know why these peoples ask to leave or ask to resign you will ask your managers to leave.
