Relationship management company Convergys has made it to the Top-20 list of companies in the training domain selected on a worldwide basis by the website Trainingoutsourcing.com.

This is the fifth successive year that Convergys has made this exclusive list of companies specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO) that creates a more efficient marketplace for learning.

The list highlights the companies that give extra importance to the innovative methods in learning analytics and evaluation methods used to assess the impact of learning on business performance.
